Before I became an author, I was a young girl from North Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a child, I discovered the power of words before I understood where they would lead me.
Growing up in Minneapolis shaped the way I saw the world and how I understood the people around me. My childhood was filled with imagination, creativity, and moments that taught me the power of expression. From writing to finding my voice through words, those early experiences laid the foundation for the storyteller I would eventually become.
Life continued to shape me through unexpected chapters, including motherhood, personal transformation, and building a new life in Atlanta, Georgia. Each season brought lessons that deepened my faith, strengthened my resilience, and influenced the stories I now share.
Today, I balance a career in real estate finance with my work as an author and creative writer. Whether I'm navigating the complexities of real estate finance or writing stories, both require careful observation, critical thinking, and the ability to see the bigger picture.
